What Meta bills you, separately

Campaign messages run through WhatsApp’s official Cloud API, and Meta charges for them at its own published rates. Those charges go straight from Meta to you. We never mark them up, and they are not part of the prices above.

Replying inside a conversation a customer started is a different thing from sending a template to somebody who has gone quiet, and Meta prices them differently. If a tool quotes you one all-in figure per month, ask which half of the bill it is describing.

What a credit is

A credit is a thousandth of a dollar of assistant usage — 1,000 credits is $1 of AI. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and the ledger records what each reply cost, so a charge can be checked against the message that caused it.

Run out and the assistant stops writing replies. Nothing else stops: messages still arrive and your team still answers. Top-ups do not expire.

The standing rate is $3 per 1,000 credits. Launch pricing runs until 31 March 2027, after which the packs return to the list rate.

Questions about the bill

Is there a free plan?

Yes, and it does not expire. One WhatsApp number, two people, 500 messages and 500 AI credits a month. No card is asked for. It is a plan rather than a trial, so nothing stops working after a fortnight.

Who charges for the WhatsApp messages themselves?

Meta does, and it bills you directly at its own published rates. Campaign messages go through WhatsApp’s official Cloud API, and those charges are between your business and Meta. Go Talk IQ adds nothing on top of them. Your subscription pays for the shared inbox, the assistant and the seats.

What is an AI credit?

A credit is a thousandth of a US dollar of assistant usage, so 1,000 credits is $1 of AI. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and the ledger shows what each reply cost so a charge can be checked against the message that caused it.

What happens when the monthly credits run out?

The assistant stops writing replies. Nothing else stops: messages still arrive, your team still answers, and the inbox works as normal. You can top up, or wait for the allowance to reset at the start of your next billing period.

Can I add people without changing plan?

On Growth and Business, yes. Extra seats are $6 a month on Growth and $4 on Business. Below those, adding people means moving up a plan.

Can I cancel?

Monthly, whenever you like. Paying yearly takes 20% off and runs for the year. Prices are in US dollars, and your card is charged in your own currency where your bank supports it.
